• Business travel companion services
• Payment facilitation services
• Logistics and shipping management
• Quality control and inspection services

3. Role as Agent/Facilitator

Important: ChinaSourcePro acts solely as a representative, agent, and facilitator between you (the client) and third-party suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers in China. We do not manufacture, produce, or directly sell any products. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products manufactured by third parties.

4. Service Fees and Payment

4.1 Fee Structure

Our fees are transparent and as published on our website:

• Commission-based sourcing: 3-10% depending on order value
• Business travel companion: $299/day (8 hours)
• Fixed-fee services as listed on our pricing page
• Membership plans with reduced rates

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. We accept various payment methods including wire transfer and major payment platforms.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable import/export regulations in your country
• Conduct your own due diligence on products and suppliers

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChinaSourcePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to finding suitable suppliers, achieving target prices, or ensuring product quality. Results depend on various factors beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ChinaSourcePro and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Confidentiality

We agree to keep your business information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You agree to keep our pricing, supplier information, and business methods confidential.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Guangzhou.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees owed for services rendered. We may terminate services immediately if you breach these terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
